Welke voorzorgsmaatregelen moet ik nemen voordat ik een stapelbare microbatterij installeer/toevoeg?

Bij het installeren/toevoegen van extra accu's is het noodzakelijk om het systeem uit te schakelen en de stroom af te sluiten ter bescherming van uzelf en het apparaat. Het uitvoeren van deze handeling terwijl het apparaat is ingeschakeld, valt niet onder de garantie. Volg de onderstaande stappen voor een correcte installatie: a. Koppel de micro-opslagunit en de zonnepanelen los. b. Houd de aan/uit-knop 2 seconden ingedrukt om de stroom uit te schakelen.

Zijn er nog andere voorzorgsmaatregelen die genomen moeten worden bij de installatie en het gebruik van het product?

Zorg ervoor dat het stopcontact goed geaard is.

Kan ik de batterij zelf vervangen door een micro-opslagbatterij of een stapelbare micro-opslagbatterij?

Nee. Als de batterij in uw Micro Storage Unit of Stackable Micro Battery niet werkt of als de werking niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet, neem dan contact op met de klantenservice van TSUN voor verdere hulp.

Hoe zorg je ervoor dat de apparatuur veilig geaard is?

De meegeleverde netsnoer zorgt er al voor dat het apparaat veilig geaard is, dus daar hoeft u zich geen zorgen over te maken.

Zijn micro-omvormers nodig om een micro-opslagunit te gebruiken?

De micro-opslagunit heeft geen aparte micro-omvormer nodig. Een micro-omvormer is al geïntegreerd in het alles-in-één-ontwerp, dat ook een fotovoltaïsche controller en een energieopslagbatterijpakket omvat.

Kan de micro-opslagunit batterijen opladen via het elektriciteitsnet thuis?

Ja, de Micro Storage Unit kan uw accu's opladen met behulp van het stopcontact in uw huis. U kunt dit zo instellen dat het opladen gebeurt tijdens daluren om kosten te besparen. De unit laadt ook automatisch op via het stopcontact wanneer de accu's bijna leeg zijn en er onvoldoende zonne-energie is. Dit voorkomt schade aan de accu's en zorgt ervoor dat u altijd over reserve-energie beschikt.

Hoe kan ik een micro-opslagunit gebruiken om een energiezuinige werking te realiseren?

U dient onze optionele slimme meter aan te schaffen. Deze voorkomt terugvloei van energie naar het openbare net door het uitgangsvermogen van de micro-opslageenheid in realtime aan te passen aan de huishoudelijke belasting. Dit zorgt ervoor dat er geen energie terug naar het openbare net wordt getransporteerd, oftewel de terugvloeibeveiliging.
